Meat Factory

The IFCG Meat Factory, located in Bahra Industrial Park – Saudi Arabia, is one of the region’s most advanced facilities for processed meat production. Spanning 4,000 square meters and operating with cutting-edge technology, the factory has an annual capacity of 9,100 MT, producing more than 240 SKUs across multiple product lines.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of items such as chicken nuggets, chicken strips, burgers, kofta, meatballs, franks, luncheon meat, cold cuts, salami, pepperoni, and hot dogs. Production lines cover:

Frozen Formed & Coated Products (burgers, nuggets, strips, pane, etc.)
Cold Cuts (mortadella, smoked and cooked meats, franks, roast, etc.)
Canned Products (hermetically sealed & sterilized cans of chicken & beef luncheon, cocktail sausages, jumbo sausages).

The factory is ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, and HACCP certified, ensuring that every product meets the highest international standards of food safety and quality.

Our products are distributed through IFCG’s extensive channels, serving hypermarkets, supermarkets, and wholesale networks. We also work closely with leading retailers such as Panda, Goody, Sunbulah, IKEA, Target, Reem, and Baidar, and export to regional markets including Iraq, Jordan, Oman, and Sudan.

Meat factory products are marketed under trusted brands including Hot & Crispy, Golden Fields, Maysa, and Mamma’s Choice — delivering quality and variety to consumers across the Kingdom and beyond.

Jam & Honey Factory

The IFCG Jam & Honey Factory, located in Bahra Industrial Park – Saudi Arabia, is a fully certified facility specializing in the production of jams, honey, ketchup, and sauces. Covering 1,150 square meters with an annual capacity of 8,300 MT, the factory produces more than 132 SKUs that cater to both retail and foodservice markets.

Our product portfolio includes:

Glass Jar Line: A variety of fruit jams, pizza sauce, pasta sauce, and chili sauce.
Portion Line: Single-serve packs ideal for catering and meal services, including jams, honey, butter, and soft halawa.
Ketchup Line: Tomato ketchup packaged in both consumer-ready bottles and bulk industrial packs.

The factory adheres to strict international quality standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and food safety at every stage of production.

Distribution is carried out through IFCG’s strong retail and wholesale networks, with products widely available in hypermarkets and supermarkets. We also partner with leading retailers such as Panda, Othaim, and Al Sunbulah for contract packing.

Jam & Honey Factory products are marketed under trusted brands such as Golden Fields, Maysa, and Mamma’s Choice, delivering high-quality spreads and sauces to households and businesses across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Cheese Factory

Launched in 2013, the IFCG Cheese Factory is located in Bahra Industrial Park, Saudi Arabia, covering an area of 2,000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 3,000 MT. Designed with scalability in mind, the facility’s infrastructure is capable of accommodating triple its current capacity, with provisions to add future packing lines for spread cheese jars and shredded mozzarella.

Currently, the factory produces more than 20 SKUs, with a focus on:

Block Cheese
Triangle Portion Cheese

Formulated from the finest ingredients, our cheese products are rich in vitamins and nutrients, offering a premium quality taste that meets international standards while catering to regional consumer preferences.

All cheese products are marketed under trusted brands such as Golden Fields, Maysa, and Mamma’s Choice, making them a popular choice in both household and foodservice segments. With its growing capacity and commitment to excellence, the Cheese Factory is positioned to become a major contributor to IFCG’s dairy portfolio.

Aluminum Factory

The Modern Aluminum Factory, located in Bahra Industrial Park – Saudi Arabia, is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in the production of high-purity aluminum packaging solutions. Covering 1,950 square meters with an annual capacity of 2,300 MT, the factory delivers more than 111 SKUs designed to meet the needs of both household consumers and large-scale foodservice clients.

The product portfolio includes a wide variety of disposable aluminum products in different sizes, thicknesses, and formats, such as:

Aluminum Foil Containers
Trays and Plates
Pots
Rolls and Food Wraps

By utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies, the factory ensures consistency, durability, and food-grade safety across all its products. Its solutions are widely used for packaging, storage, and catering applications, offering reliability and convenience to end users.

The Aluminum Factory serves a strong client base including Al-Baik, Tazaj, and Al Sunbulah, further underscoring its reputation for quality and dependability. Products are marketed under the trusted “A-Clean” brand, recognized across the region for excellence in packaging solutions.

Plastics Factory

The Global Specialist Plant for Plastic, located in Bahra, Saudi Arabia, is a modern facility dedicated to producing a wide range of plastic packaging and household products. Occupying 3,000 square meters and operating with advanced, high-efficiency technology, the factory has an annual production capacity of 4,200 MT and produces more than 375 SKUs.

The product portfolio includes:

HDPE Garbage Collection Bags
HDPE Shopper Printed Bags
LDPE Boutique Bags
Plastic Table Covers

In addition, IFS operates a second plastics facility in Lebanon, and together the two factories achieve a combined monthly output of over 180 tons of trash bags, 170 tons of “t-shirt” bags, along with 2,880 cases of aluminum foil and 3,500 cases of cling film.

As part of IFCG’s commitment to sustainability, the Plastics Factory has recently introduced eco-friendly garbage bags and installed a recycling machine that collects plastic waste and converts it into raw materials for new products. This initiative reduces environmental impact while ensuring a steady supply of sustainable packaging solutions.

All products from the Plastics Factory are marketed under the A-Clean brand, known for durability, quality, and innovation in household and industrial packaging.

Potato Factory

Located in Cairo, Egypt, the IFCG Potato Factory is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to frozen potato processing. Since its launch in 2012, the factory has quickly established itself as a regional leader, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 MT and more than 30 SKUs across multiple product categories.

Spanning 1,500 square meters (including a 720 sqm operational park), the factory is equipped with advanced processing and freezing technologies that preserve the natural taste, texture, and nutrition of every potato.

The product portfolio includes more than 12 unique variants, such as:

French Fries
Country Fries
Wedges
Criss-Cuts
Twisters

The IFCG Potato Factory is also the first facility in the Middle East to introduce coated potato lines, including clear butter coatings and seasoned coatings, offering enhanced flavor and variety to meet evolving consumer preferences.

Products from the Potato Factory are exported to 16 countries and marketed under leading brands such as Hot & Crispy, Golden Fields, Maysa, Mamma’s Choice, and Al Sahel. With its scale, innovation, and international reach, the factory plays a pivotal role in supplying households, restaurants, and foodservice industries across the region.

Al Rakkia Factory

Established in 2006 in Syria, the Al Rakkia Factory is a specialized facility focused on producing powdered food products. With a production capacity of 1,200 MT per year and covering 3,200 square meters, the factory operates with advanced technologies that ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output.

The factory currently produces more than 40 SKUs, including:

Full Cream Milk Powder
Flavored Milk Powder
Juice Powder
Custard Powder
Corn Flour
Cake Mix
Pizza Mix
